Our App
PlanAR is an app that will work as a visually appealing one-stop itinerary for efficient traveling and planning. The app will allow users to select pre-made itineraries, list their point of interests, plan their days accordingly, and be able to visualize the whole picture in AR with 3D models of landmarks. The focus of the app is to help showcase places in AR to market businesses, encourage people to travel and build anticipation for travel plans after the pandemic.

Unity Prototype
To demonstrate how the PlanAR app would work in real-time, a Unity prototype was developed. Our top priority was to concentrate on the most important aspects of our app, the moodboard—to showcase what's yet to come.

Spark Filter
One of our aims through this app is to also encourage people to plan their trips in Toronto and support local businesses. To increase awareness around supporting small business, we created an Instagram predictive filter that helps the user decide which small business they would want to visit next.
